The Interim Network connects accomplished association professionals with short-term opportunities across the nonprofit sector. Whether you’re between roles or thrive as a freelancer, you’ll find 2–4 month placements that keep your expertise sharp, your network growing, and your impact felt where it’s needed most.

How It Works

Network Membership

Complete the Member Intake Form below and complete your membership purchase after submission. As long as your membership is active, you will be considered as a candidate for interim opportunities.

Candidate Identification

As opportunities become available, we will reach out to the top candidates for the role to confirm interest and availability, qualifications, and hourly rate and sign the Placement Agreement. Candidates will have 48 hours to respond.

Up to two candidates, including resumes and references, will be presented to the client.

Placement

The client will reach out directly to the selected candidate on contract negotiations and finalization.

Candidate placement fees are due to In the Interim LLC within 10 business days of contract finalization.
